Valini and Franco’s pre-wedding shoot was an exciting adventure down the islands aboard a boat. Despite the initial fear of shooting on a boat, the thrill of capturing beautiful moments for the couple made it all worth it.

As we boarded the boat, we took some initial shots capturing the couple’s excitement and love. The sound of the waves, the breeze in the air, and the bright daylight all added to the romantic ambiance of the shoot.

Next, we hopped on a dinghy to an island to capture more shots on the beach. The beach was simply stunning, and the couple’s chemistry was palpable as they walked along the shoreline and playfully splashed in the water.

We quickly realized that candid shots were the couple’s style, so we used zoom lenses to capture their expressions from afar. The couple’s love and laughter were infectious, and we were able to capture their happiness with ease.

Back on the boat, we took advantage of the stunning views from the top of the boat for some picnic shots. The couple enjoyed a beautiful spread of food and drinks, and we captured the moment with the bright daylight in the background.

Although we were initially fearful of our gear falling in the water or the boat capsizing, we were thankful to have survived the shoot with all our equipment and an abundance of treasures in the form of beautiful photos and videos.

As we were heading back, Valini expressed her gratitude towards us and was thankful that they decided to do the boat shoot. She mentioned that boats were Franco’s thing, being a boy from St Lucia, and that he loved the boat life from where he grew up.

It was heartwarming to see the couple so happy and in love, and it was an honor to capture their special moments. The boat shoot turned out to be a fantastic idea, and we were glad that we could contribute to their pre-wedding celebrations in such a meaningful way.

During the pre-wedding shoot on the boat, we realized that as photographers, we often step out of our comfort zone for the sake of capturing great photographs.
